Sorcery, I tell you.

Whether by ancient ritual, modern witchcraft, or benedictine monk chanting... somehow the Vital You crew conjured up instant deep sleep and put it in this magical bath bomb. Just minutes after bathing, and fortunately I got into bed, I was in a deep sleep only to wake up hours later astonished and left wondering "what the hell was in that thing?" How or why doesn't matter, I'm just happy knowing I have another one of these in my bathroom ready to give me that deep SLEEP.

I was slightly skeptical because it usually takes a lot to get me to fall asleep, but this really helped. After about 15 minutes I felt so relaxed, all my worries melted away and I had the best night sleep.

Highly recommend for someone who has a hard time falling asleep, or someone who tosses and turns all night.
